At Iron Bull Strength Canada, we are committed to your total satisfaction and the quality of your training. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original packaging.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package back to our Canadian distribution center.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
